Part L2A DSM & SBEM

Gladwood have carried out SBEM assessment from their introduction in the 2006 Building Regulations Part L. To date we have over 1000 assessments issued using SBEM and the DSM method.

Gladwood use IES Virtual Environment software that allow assessments using the basic SBEM or the more complex DSM (Dynamic Simulation Method) modelling. DSM will offer more detailed assessments and generally more favourable results.
