Our ‘in house’ architectural technologists, with over 25 years combined experience are able to deliver cost effective drawing packages, from planning applications through to full working drawing packages. We have experience working under traditional contract or design and build.

Projects worked on include large student accommodation schemes, private dwellings, commercial, leisure and open plan offices in both refurbishment and new build.

Our Energy Consultancy is also able to contribute to the design and help smooth the detailed design process, from confirmation of compliance with Building Regulations to achieving a particular EPC rating for BREEAM credits (Ene 5). We can also carry out natural ventilation simulations to confirm design concepts at an early stage, and input these proposals into the drawing package.
