Air Pressure & Ventilation Testing

Gladwood carry out both domestic and commercial air testing using our three powerful Retrotec fans.

These fans will test buildings with up to 3900m² of envelope area at the maximum allowable amount of 10m³/hr per m². Many buildings are built to tighter standards than this, and where this is the case, the same fan set can test buildings of 10,000m² or more.

We also carry out testing of ventilation equipment for dwellings which is now a requirement, of the new Building Regulations Part F.
